I recieved a call from these folks today. Yes, theyre looking to either sell you something or scam your CC info out of you. I strung the operator along for 10 minutes asking for details and to repeat info due to my bad phone reception I eventually got around to telling him I dont carry any balance on my credit card and wouldnt find their service very usefull. Wasting an operators time is highly entertaining if you dont have anything better going on. Delete

The call begins with a recording to reduce my credit card interest.They are calling several times per week, not always from the same number. If I respond to get a live person on the phone, they either hang up when they realize Im not interested in the offer, or say they are allowed by Fcc rules to call my do-not-call listed number. No one will agree to stop calling. Calling back the number results in a no-longer in service reporting. Delete
