Potential spoofed number. Robocaller ignoring do not call registration. Fails to leave voicemail. No Caller ID. Report to FTC and block number.

Can find no information on this other than it came from NH, so it is likely a spam call.

As soon as I said I voted Republican the guy hit a key on the phone to make a shrill sound, when it stopped, I asked what the problem was and the little coward hung up

I think it is a political call. When I called back, it said it was from State of the Nation. I am blocking it.
