we got the identical letter. This was a con. we recreated the mail myself in about 5 minutes. when a you noticed that the letterhead was kinda disconnected at the bottom. Thi was cos the fraudster ccopied the banner with the actual Novation internet website. we woulsd not waste any time callking anybody about this. this was a weak con (except for the check).
