Trying to scam you for money for fixing cars

The caller from this number calls my cell phone several times per day and hangs up as soon as I answer. I try to call back and am asked to leave a message on voicemail. It is very difficult to tell what the name of the company is on the recording, something like 'The Essential Health Center.' The 'Health' is the one word I'm not sure about. My cell number is also on Do Not Call list, and I've never done business with them, so they shouldn't be calling me!
