Whoever was at this no. was SMSing us acting as when these people are the dna firm of topeka a will not quit SMSing we would just like 'em to pass on us alone

He called me and said I had three charges against my name. At first I thought it was real until he offered to let me pay over the phone. Then I told him that I never recieved any money from a payday loan. At that point he said, 'You know what, you're gonna get arrested. I'm going to arrest you and your business of work. You're going to lose your job.' Then I asked if he could tell me the date that I recieved the money so I could check my account(because iwas kind of afraid that he might be telling the truth), then he hung up on me. I just want to know, will he or has he really called anyone's job and tried to get them fired? I have a job that require a clearance and I could lose my clearance if something like this escalated.
