The business name spelling I have is Weinberg, Cochran, Coulson, & Irwin. You and your friend seriously need to learn your state and federal collections laws, and understand that debt is considered a civil matter in the U.S. Anyone who bullies you for money on the phone and talks '*' or 'police' is a liar and begging for punishment, preferably a lawsuit you file, expenses paid by the offending loser.
