Millions Call

texted some guy named Eric regarding cell phone

They are harrassing me at work and saying owe money for an online payday loan. They are threatening me with being served to appear in court if I dont pay. I called the BBB and FTC, they dont know who these people are. They also told me that a lot of these fraud calls are happening and not to give them any information.

This number has called me several times a day for several weeks. If I answer, usually no one is there. Once a call center background and a woman called me by my 1st name before the call dropped. Once I was asked to hold & hung up - but no message has ever been left nor has a caller identified him/herself. V frustrating & will block the number.

I have received 12 calls in 15 minutes claiming to be "amazo ...

Recvd call..msg on my voicemail.. stating his name was John something from a law firm and my case file had been sent to the police department in my city and even gave address to make it seem legit..never stated what case file or any REAL info. .stated to retrieve file from the police..I searched number abd found this man has scammed plenty. .check 800 noted and there is a detective who is working this cadey..he provides a phone number u can call to report this scammer or if u have questions.

called me ansered, and nobody said anything on their end.

Call back # not in service.

Answered the phone & no one was on the other end
