The first time i asked what credit card they were calling from, they hung up on me.

This person with some kind of foreign accent called the house four times within ten minutes! The first two calls were saying that they were part of UPS and that we had won 2.5 million dollars or something like that, so they said to give a credit card number.. umm really? What stupid people calling and trying to scam, do they really think I'm gonna believe something so absurd? They then called back and then we didn't answer the phone, then called with an anonymous phone number, and I yelled at the man, using vulgar language.. it was quite ridiculous.

This is complete scam do not fall for this. They contact you in regards to old debts. Ijust recently received a call from them and I ask them to refer all call to my attorneys office they became very agitated with me then hung up. I called them back and was hung up on again. I informed them that there is no law stating you have o pay a bill, she hung up again, needless to say I haven't heard from them again..you can not go to jail or have charges brought against you for not paying your bills
