Yes. It seems to be Fingerhut. They only call if you are not making payment. These days I seem to miss a few myself. They also use the number 800-450-0753 among a couple of others, I think.

I looked up the number to find out the name of the company.    I do    not know why they called me when this company is DBA verizon.    I do not appreciate using my minutes for these calls when I do not have this service.    There was no message left either.    This maddening.    Just called for a prank.
