It just rings and rings and finally tells me that the party I'm calling isn't answering and that I'm going to be disconnected. I seriously want to choke someone :(

had a ring with this no. picked up once, these people just put the phone down. these people rang again & we let this go to VM, & these people ended up leaving no msg.
