Telemarketing services that wanted to sell me a vehicle warranty. Saying my vehicle warranty may have expired.

This number is within a block of numbers deemed unsafe and with scamming activity. I have received many calls in these block of numbers in the name of car warranty accounts.
This is the first one with a voicemail that says the robovoice is calling regarding putting your car warranty account in the past files.
I have zero legitimate reasons to ever get a call like this. I have no car warranties period... past. present or future.
