A complaint for Unwanted Calls was filed with the FCC from Colorado after an unsolicited call

this number has called 7 times in 3 hours. Message is automated voice message.

I let the call go to VM since I didn't recognize the number. From the other comments, it appears they spoof local phone numbers to get you to answer the call. My message also said I was a respondent in a civil suit and would be served by a process server at my residence or place of work. If I had any questions, I was told to call the 877-771-6863 number. This is actually a collection agency looking for my wife. They got my number somehow and started using it. It's not the first time they pulled this stunt. They called before threatening to sue me. Only the lowest, scummiest collection agencies stoop to this level of deceit.
