I have been recieving a call on my cell phone from this number every night at midnight. There is no one there and it seems automatic, because it calls at exactly the same time, and is directly followed by a call from 817-465-3704. This has been going on for about a year now.

If you answer the phone, as a rule, significant pause, put there in case your answering machine or voice mail. Maybe that's why no one seems to be on the other end of the line.
