I keep getting messages from this number.... soo annoying

Returned unknown hang up call. Respondent claimed that I had called her number and then after I assured her I had not, hung up. Moments later a fall came to me the caller claiming that I had called him moments earlier on a phone that I had not used for 15 hours prior.
