Voice message said she was Tracy and I needed to file a close of business for my Utah State DOT number else potentially be penalized and fined. 2082022422 is managed by Joseph B McNeal dna pagedata. Per one website, it’s a pre-recorded message, ya sounds like a scam. Other people have reported the same message and threats being left and they call multiple times a day.

I have that number on a piece of scrap paper and do not know whose phone number it is.
