It sent me a text cussing me & saying the F word. I want to know who this is!

DO NOT SPEAK TO THESE PEOPLE. They threaten criminal charges and are just bill collectors who will stoop to ANY means including harrassing family members. Tell them to stop calling your phone number and if they continue, FILE A POLICE REPORT FOR TELECOMMUNICATIONS HARRASSMENT. They try to sound legal and official by mentioning 'case numbers' and it is only a form of intimidation. They will use all means to search for family members and call their cells numbers. These people are despicable. They harrassed an elderly woman who had no idea what they were calling about. They go by the name of 'Federal Recovery' and claim to be a Federal processor. Don't fall for it.

This person Sam left a voicemail to call him back. When I called it was Optimum claiming they were checking up on my service and tried to sell me cell phone service. Never stated on the voicemail he was from Optimum. Sneaky. Very deceptive.

Harassment and claims I called first in texts. Never talks when you call to try and figure out who it is

Rec'd a call from this number several times, they left a threatening message regarding my deceased husband when i returned the call it just rang.
