Prudential Bank is a Fraudulent Company- Playing at giving personal loans.  No company, business license, no address, just a shell of a website that goes nowhere.Multiple Better Business Bureau complaints.Also doing business as Blue Life Solutions and Dynamic Capital.

It's FIA Card Services, from Bank of America. It looks like a spoofed number, which as far as I know is illegal
