Millions Call

This is National Recoveries. They call 3+ times per day, and will hang up on them when you call them back.

Called numerous times asking for our accountant so that they can issue a refund but they can't clearly explain what the refund is for. Pretends to be your merchant services carrier. Asks for credit card terminal numbers and various forms to be faxed/emailed to them. I asked to call them back and their number isn't registered to any company name. I called our real merchant services carrier and they had no records of any outgoing calls to our business and no mention of any refunds in their call notes. When you call back the number, "Crystal" immediately picks up. SCAM.

So far only 1 call on my home answering machine. Asking for a person who is now married to my ex (who does not even live in this state and hasn't for 10 years now). Said for her to contact Jacob back at her earliest convenience and for her to use file# 117-136. I passed this information on, but didn't know at the time it was not a valid number. I just called the above phone number and got what sounded like a personal answering machine. I say this because the person who spoke on the machine did not sound at all professional. Though it did say I had reached J.N.O. & associates.
