I've been called by this number today, I didn't pick up though because I don't recognize it.

What is this number ?

I get calls from this number consistently and 10, 5, 9, 62, 5564, and other similar facilities. I do not answer the call. Does anyone know how to stop this? I am registered with the Do No Call List

I got a call from this number and it was heavy breathing like they were doing something vulgar

This telephone no. 800-986-3608 (Protection Direct), was the identical firm as Program Headquarters and Marathon Financial. these people use different names and telephone no.s, however these people are all the identical firm. we ask the man that rang why these people got different names and 'Duane' did not know. Everytime you talk to 'em these people will give you different quotes for the identical warranty. A bunch of scammers!

Yes. It seems to be Fingerhut. They only call if you are not making payment. These days I seem to miss a few myself. They also use the number 800-450-0753 among a couple of others, I think.
