Millions Call

Got a call from someone saying they needed to serve me. Wouldn't tell me what or why. Wanted to come by at 4:00pm, but preferred I called a number to get a code? Told him come on by. As expected, he never showed. Last week, I got a call from a completely different number telling me I had to have my lawyer contact them. I told him to put it in writing and hung up. THought these two might be related. Anyone have any ideas how to trap these people? I was going to have a cop here, but not only would they laugh at me, but thinking about it, service would never be done in such a way. Clear scam.

Calls from this number are also comming up Market Decision. All I could find relative to that name states they are a Telemarketing and statistics firm and they also provide market research reports for companies.

this caller called me saying unappropriate things that i wouldn't want to hear. i didn't appreciate it. don't know this caller.
