Trying to sell car warranty

I get rings with this no. frequently. I let the picking up machine answer however these people never ever pass on a msg.

Auto warranty

Received on my cell phone. Number lookups claim this is an invalid phone number. Nevertheless, that is the number on my cell phone as a missed call. Did not return the call. My cell number is registered as a DO NOT CALL number.

Nationwide Credit Corporation is a Collection Agency, told me that I owed back taxes which I paid two months earlier.  I called the taxing authority to whom I made the tax payment and they have no knowledge of this credit company and acknowledge that the taxes have indeed been paid.
