Call and said that it was RJ Financial Investment firm. On the internet RJ financial is a mortgage first furthermore the 514 area is in Quebec and this is an american firm. He said that his name was David. He hanged up when I started to ask HIM questions.

Not sure exactly what this is all about however this apparently came with Houston TX. we did not answer & these people did not pass on a msg.
