Calling and Threating to send us to court.. owe $700 for a package that was never! received

Recruiter with no ethics.

1 Call today, 5May2011 at 10:25am, left a 1second voicemail - no name/company. Called back and immediately was prompted to "please hold, your call is very important." I hung up. I have no debt other than Car Loan and Mortgage and associated utilities so shouldn't be a debt collector as I'm okay there.

an I.T. representing canada post called from this number said that there was a package for me and canada post knows nothing of it, and when i called the number i was told that a notice was dropped of alerting me that my package would be at one of the post offices and theres no such package when i called  around and called canada post hq.canada post also said that number should not be representing them.
