Lower Interest Rate - advised them not to call - they continue to call from different numbers continue to block on IPHONE but calls continue. I have one credit card with a low interest rate of which has a $ZERO BALANCE as such these calls are harassing, I work for law firm and planning to file a report with various agencies. Not that it will help but can t seem to stop the calls.

Harassing caller.  Calls 12-24 times a day.  Only rings once then hangs up.  Starts early in the am and goes to midnight.  This has been going on for weeks now.  Tracked number down to a United States Cellular Corp carrier who started the phone in June 2005 in Independence, IA.  Finally traced the number, called and told them to stop calling.  The calls continue.
