Randomized selection of phone numbers and text messages are sent for marketing purposes. Just an utter disregard and breach of privacy. It was bad with land lines, but now it is a pure intrusion! I was of the mind set that these types of calls or testers were not allowed to utilize cell phone numbers for marketing purposes. I was wrong, unfortunately!
