we do not recognise who it is, or exactly what these people want. Can anybody inform us some thing about them?

Constant calling at all hours - day n night - will not quit calling!!!! Thankfully MrNumber blocks this caller without making me miss other important phone calls :-)

I received a letter from them saying I owed money to a firm ...

I received a call from (507) 223-3184 and they immediately hung up.
