This lady called me from a company 'Progressive' regarding an unpaid payday loan. She stated that I was reported for fraud and writing 'hot checks' I cannot find this company anywhere online and they will not send me anything in writing. She gave me 24 hours to come up with $350 on a prepaid debit card. She stated she will come to my job and contact my hr department. I am not concerned for this as I have moved and changed my job, but I dont want to get charges for fraud. What do I do...
