    I didn't receive a call from this number.  My wireless bill showed an unauthorized $9.99 download charge and mentioned this 1-800-331-0550 phone number in the description along with sms181.com. Learned by viewing http://www.sms181.com/ ,  this is some service that supposedly gives you 20 lookups for $9.99/mo.   Look up is from cell phone and charge is to cell phone.    I called AT&T (my provider) and they happily got me sorted out and at my request, disabled my internet access (which is where most of these schemes originate).   According to http://www.sms181.com/ , you supposedly can stop this by sending message  STOP to 41479.  I don't know how to do that, but my AT&T rep took care of it for me.
