sending text messages of profanity late at night and getting worse when told they have the wrong number

sms got on our telephone with fastcheckadvance. com. these people include a opt-out option (respond 'stop') however am afraid that by responding, we will verify to 'em that our no. was a live no. however their site states these people will send a sms sell every week!!. these people SMSed our search engine Voice no. on the identical day.
