Person keeps calling my phone when I return the call I am being told they did not call me

An 'old lady' keeps calling me on my cell from this number and when I don't pick up she calls my home...?? My cell is a work/company paid line not listed. This is an Iowa area code...any clue what/who this is??Thanks-
