Millions Call

A recipient of unrequested calls has currently lodged a protest concerning Unwanted Calls in Washington on 2020-07-23

I get about 2 to 3 calls a day from this number.  I don't know who it is and they never leave a message but keep calling.  I Want to know who it is.

Received a call from this number, they told me my power would be shut off in 30 minutes due to nonpayment. We oversee many properties, so there was no telling what this message was actually referring to. I pressed "1" to speak with a representative. I explained the situation and they hung up on me.

got perverted texts from this person. Tried calling from another number and there was no answer.

Bothell company called with a 'survey'. Despite my choice of an answer they proceeded to tell me about a different answer, their obvious choice, and tell me they would be sending me mail. All buttons led to the same result. This was not a survey.
