Pre automated msg about running or upgrading my site. did not catch this all, just put the phone down when this began speaking

Harrassing threatening calls, have no idea who this caller is, will report to the police if it doesnt stop

Jim Thompson, says he is from NGR? Says I owe someone money, left message, seems like a scam, don't know who I would owe money to? Called back and says leave your message here.
