I keep getting calls from UBC (whoever that is,) but from different CA area codes

First i received a phone call that said unavailable and the number 1, when you pick up there is no sound.

Grievance 1st started on 2019-10-22 in Colorado for Unwanted Calls

I got a tex message, not a call, from someone trying to get my paypal account to send me a payment for something I was trying to sell on craigslist. I knew it was a scam, because I got a tex yesterday that was almost the same message, but from a different number. These people need to be stopped because they are going to get someone to give them their personal information, because they wont realize it is a scam and they will get ripped off.
