Caught only a part of call as I was on line when call came in. Caller said I was being billed $299.00 for something about covid. I believe it is a scam.

I keep getting a call from this number and no one says anything, I can hear other people working in office in background, then they hang up.  I am getting about 4 or 5 a day.  How can I get this stopped?  I am on the do not call list, but does not seem to matter
