Why is this company calling me?

missed this call on cell and landline with a to the min time stamp on both. but no msg, unknown number, no page, accidentally called back and auto answer with "this call may be monitored for quality assurance". i then hung up. suspect at very least utility but number reminds me of a number from central blood bank for some reason.
