receiving rings with random no.s

I happen to be receiving a ring with this no. numerous times daily for about the past week. soon as I answer the telephone noone answers, however the line was open.

I received two calls yesterday from this number. They used my name and went on to say i won a gift card from Walmart. It was a computerand i hung up. I only have this phone number about 4 to 5 weeks. I put this number on the "Do Not Call "list, but i am getting a lot of calls. You can't answer most of them because it a computer. I am going to report the numbers to the do not call list Tigger
