Unwanted Calls called for submitting a complaint about (619) 478-6381 in California with the FCC on 2020-03-25

I answered and there was no one on the line. They have called several times. I called them back and it says the number is no longer in service. How can they be making phone calls if the number is no longer in service. Just sayin'........
