Millions Call

I get a call from this person who is using a computer to generate fake caller ID numbers. it has shown up as 416-9-91, 416-5-91, etc. every time the area code of (416) and the last 4 digits of (991) are the same. the middle 3 digits are all ways identical (( such as:  3, 4, 5, etc. ))

7/18/09 Someone named Verdad called from _ (couldn't make out the name) and said to call back at 866-887-3155.

Call from 770-510-8548 that hangs up.I am on no call list.Number is unlisted that calls.I do not all this kind of numbers back.

I show "I" made an outgoing call today, twice, to this number. I did not. Both calls were lengthy, first was 17 minutes and second was 37 minutes. This is very odd.
