Millions Call

This no. has rang our mobile telephone a few times in the past 4 days. this often rings around 3:30 to 4:00am & soon as this rings (and wakes us up) no one states anything. we just sit there & listen to ppl speaking in the back ground & we can hear a television on as well. i am in California therefore we do not grasp how somebody can 'accidentally' ring our mobile telephone with a NY no. we do not even recognise anybody in New York.
