I also received a the same letter.  I am in Virginia.  I have never been delinquent in my payments. I am checking where I need to report these people in VA.  It sure sounds like a scam to me.

No one spoke when I answered but I did hear plenty of background noise. Called it back repeatedly and got voice mail every time, auto message. They called back once during my barrage of calls but again said nothing.
