Received a text from this number asking if I was "my first name" because they wanted to make an offer on "my property address" Did not respond.

This user claims to be in the army on craigslist looking to purchase something you have advertised on CL and tries to make you go to Western Union / Moneygram or walmart to send his "agent" money

Caller saying they represent world bank and the government and wanting info to give people grants for starting business or personal use.
