I turned in my email and phone number to an online Job finder sight and it asked if I wanted to be contacted for education information and I checked NO but they called anyway and they won't stop!!

Saw the no. in a Craigslist ad in Chicago for a real estate investor. Mostly foreclosures.

I keep getting phone calls from phone number 618-696-6102 on my cell phone and also at my job, but the person never say anything they just wait until I hang up. I stop answering when it shows up on my cell, but my caller ID on the work phone only works 40% of the time. Sometimes it shows up sometimes it doesn't. I want to know who owns this number.
