Hello this is Rachel at card holder services calling in reference to your current credit card accounts there are no problems currently with your account it is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate to as little as 6.9 percent your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice please press the number 1 on your phone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate or press the number 3 to discontinue further notices THANK YOU HAVE A GREAT DAY.

Call comes in at all hours.  It is never a live person.  It is a pre recorded message asking for someone who doesn't live at this address.  Recorded message asks that if I am not the person they are asking for to press '2'.  I pressed '2' and was kept on hold and still, no live person ever came to the phone.  This is annoying and frustrating b/c it is obviously a collection call but this company is too cheap to hire real people to talk to.

Blood center calls repeatedly.

I’ve gotten this phone call a few times I’m not sure how many but I have never answered so I’m not sure who it is I just know the area code and the town pops up the same as mine
